This boat is wide open and plenty of room to fish. The Boston Whaler Outrage V-20 is a rare find. In 1978 Boston Whaler introduced the Outrage V-20. Designed by Bob Dougherty, the hull corrected a perceived lateral stability issue with deep-V hull design. By having a moderate deadrise of around 12 degrees and lowering and reversing the chine making the chine to act more like a sponson, the Outrage V-20 had the lateral stability of their original sponson hull design.
